Reclaim your nutrition
Nutrition is the foundation on which physical and emotional well-being is built. It is the cornerstone of a healthy lifestyle, the ground from which one redefines one's life, strengthens one's mind and body, and achieve well-being. Nutritional therapy is a clinical evidence-based therapy that uses macro-nutrition, micro-nutrition and supplementation to promote health, well-being and performance. It is a holistic approach taking into account each individual specificities. In addition to a regular physical activity, nutritional therapy helps prevent cardiovascular problems, obesity, osteoporosis, psychic problems and slows down aging.
Reclaim your core
The main focus of the core restoration is learning how to breathe properly. Deep targeted breathwork will tone your pelvic floor, shape your body, regulate your emotions, restore your posture. We achieve amazing long lasting results by combining breathing practice, hypopressive gymnastics, functional training and nutrition. I use the Low Pressure Fitness training system, the De Gasquet (APOR) method and the Winner Flow (Stimed). By combining all these approaches, I help women strengthen their pelvic floor and deep core muscles, getting a better posture, better digestion, a pain free back, a tonic belly and a refined waist. For mums who just gave birth I offer at home post partum sessions.
Reclaim your breath
I can help you regain confidence through breathwork and diaphragmatic release. Learning to breath properly and releasing tensions in the fascias and diaphgram will improve chest mobility, pulmonary functions, pelvic and core health, spine health and posterior chain flexibility.
Most importantly, we learn how to use and relax the diaphragm as well as breathing techniques for regulating the nervous system. By working on the parasympathetic nervous system we significantly improve the well beeing , reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus capacity and resilience. You will gain the capacity to return to feeling calm and regulated whenever you need it. Breathwork allows you to live longer happier and calmer.

Reclaim your strenght
Power Plate is a vibrating platform. The machine emits 30 to 50 micro-vibrations per second, the body thus reacts with 30 to 50 contractions per second, whereas a traditional muscular exercise results in a maximum of 2 to 4 contractions per second. Which explains why 20 minutes of work on the Power Plate is equivalent to an hour and a half of classic training. Additionally, training on the Power Plate burns more fat and calories, leading to increased weight loss. The machine is particularly effective for losing belly fat and strengthening the abdominal muscles.
Thanks to vibrations, the Power Plate also helps reduce water retention, revive blood and lymphatic circulation and reduce cellulite.
Post partum rehab methods

The breath guides the movement and shapes the body
Winner Flow:
Winner flow is a gentle method using an insufflator that allows you to use your breathing wisely and efficiently during pregnancy, birth and postpartum. During pregnancy, by freeing the diaphragm we prevent pressure on the pelvic floor, we protect the perineum and keep the abdominal muscles strong. By learning to activate the transverse muscle during pregnancy, we also facilitate the expulsion during childbirth and muscle recovery after childbirth. During childbirth, Winner Flow can help increase the effectiveness of contractions. In post partum we can associate the insufflator with proprioceptive electrostimulation caused by the frequency of respiration to maximise the effects. Winner Flow is a valuable tool at every stage.

Hypopressive Training:
The abdominal hypopressive training is a respiratory and postural technique that activates the muscles of the pelvic floor and repositions the organs. Hypo refers to a decrease in intra abdominal pressure. Hypopressive exercises strentghen the pelvic floor but also reduce waistline, decrease backpain, improve digestion, stimulate blood circulation, improve respiratory function and enhance emotional health by targeting the nervous system. This gymnastics is carried out by maintaining a posture in expiratory apnea associated with pelvic floor activation. This technique is exceptionally effective for post partum rehabilitation of the core and pelvic floor.

De Gasquet:
This method combines posture and exhalation work to engage the pelvic floor and the transverse muscle. It also involve proprioception education to visualize and feel the contractions of the perineum. The expiratory work engages the pelvic floor optimally. As with Winner Flow, the exhalation becomes the key to any strengthening exercise, but also the key to managing contractions and pushing during childbirth. This method is effective in healing prolapse, closing diastasis recti, reducing rib cage flare, reducing waistline and flattening the belly.
